All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

The Natural Beauty of Crystals

Every crystal and gemstone we carry is a one-of-a-kind gift from nature. Because our products are natural stones, each piece is inherently unique and may exhibit characteristics that are part of its natural formation, including:

• Color variations — Natural crystals vary in hue, saturation, and tone. The piece you receive may differ slightly in color from product photos.
• Surface markings & inclusions — Natural minerals often contain internal inclusions, veils, or surface markings formed during the crystal's growth process.
• Minor cracks or fissures — Small cracks, fissures, or cleavage lines are a normal part of natural stone and do not indicate damage or defects.
• Shape & size variations — Natural stones are not manufactured to uniform dimensions. Slight variations in shape, size, and weight are expected.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects. They are what make each crystal truly one of a kind. We believe these imperfections are part of the stone's story and beauty — after all, they are rocks formed deep within the Earth over millions of years.

Product photos are representative of the type and quality of crystals we carry, but your specific piece will be unique to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, if your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
